KRYIL Infotech provides technology services including but not limited to applied artificial intelligence and machine learning engineering, private and on-premise model deployment, data engineering and data platform development, cloud infrastructure and DevOps, enterprise software development, database administration, and security engineering. We also develop and operate our own software products.

6. Data Protection & Privacy (DPDP Act, 2023)

Personal data submitted through this website or in the course of any engagement is processed in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and our Privacy Policy, which describes the purposes of processing, your rights as a Data Principal (including access, correction, erasure and grievance redressal), and how to exercise them.

By providing personal data to us you confirm that the information is accurate and, where you provide personal data of another person, that you are authorised to do so. Where KRYIL processes personal data on behalf of a client as part of a service engagement, it does so as a data processor under the client's instructions, subject to the applicable service agreement.

7. Service Agreements

Specific services may be governed by separate service agreements or statements of work. In case of any conflict between these Terms of Use and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

8. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Late payments may incur interest charges as per applicable laws
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRYIL Infotech shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from service interruptions or errors
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KRYIL Infotech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall remain in effect.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations
• Subject to arbitration in Bangalore, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• Governed by the laws of India

The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, pandemics, government actions, or infrastructure failures.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
