Kryil Infotech Private Limited processes digital personal data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the rules made under it. Grievance redressal

In accordance with Section 8(9) of the DPDP Act, we publish a contact point for questions and grievances about how we process your personal data. Write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@kryil.com. We acknowledge grievances within 72 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent at any time, with the same ease as it was given, by emailing the address above. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Where you withdraw consent, we will cease processing and erase the personal data unless retention is required by law.

Retention

Contact and enquiry data is retained for 24 months from last contact. Job application data is retained for 12 months unless you ask us to keep it longer. After these periods the data is erased, together with any backups, unless a statutory retention duty applies.
